Set in the heart of leafy Spring Hill, Parklands Social is a neighbourhood bar and grill shaped by the golden age of New York’s social clubs - where the room is designed for conversation, long lunches give way to late evenings, and familiarity is built over time. The pace is unhurried, the atmosphere builds, and no one is ever in a rush to leave.

From early mornings through to late nights, the rhythm of the space evolves. There’s locally roasted coffee and deli-style classics to start the day, before shifting into long lunches, cocktails at the bar, and evenings that stretch a little further than planned.

Led by Executive Chef Matthew Glover, the menu draws on New York’s most iconic traditions - from bodega breakfasts and deli favourites, through to house-made foccacia, grill signatures and a New York baked cheesecake - brought together with Queensland produce and a focus on seasonality.

At its core, Parklands Social is designed for gathering - a place to meet, linger, and return to, where each visit feels familiar, yet never exactly the same.
